
As part of Professor William Gleason’s popular course “Children’s Literature,” students looked at a collection of ABC books, published between 1805 and 1931, selected from the Cotsen Children’s Library at Princeton. An online archive served as a platform for assignments in the course, including student transcriptions, annotation, crowd-sourced tagging, and categorization.
